Fuel International is Responding to Haitian Earthquake Victims
Fuel International is responding to Haitian earthquake victims. We are partnering with Victory Church in Springdale, AR, who is working with the nationally recognized charity organization Operation Compassion to reach out to the earthquake victims in Haiti. We are joining Victory Church in filling four semi-truck loads of goods to send to Haiti in the next few days. In addition to getting the goods donated, it will cost about $6,000 per truck load to get it to its destination in Haiti. You can help and reach out to the injured, hurting, and devastated people in Haiti. What an opportunity to share the love of Jesus by helping the felt needs of the people! There are several ways you can help. We need NEW goods donated in large quantities: tents, tarps, rope, blankets, sheets, hygiene items, food items (rice, beans, dehydrated foods, super large canned goods for group feedings), baby items (jarred food, formula, diapers), toys, and plastic/rubber shoes (flip flops, crocs). If you have connections with a corporation, we can get you a letter for donating goods. You can also send a monetary donation today through Fuel’s online giving or by mailing a contribution to Fuel International, PO Box 68, Jenks, OK 74037. Make sure that you specify that you would like your donation to go to “Haitian Disaster Relief.” One hundred percent of your donation will go towards the Haitian Relief (minus any credit card processing fees if giving on-line). If you’re a pastor, we’d love for you to get your congregation behind this project and to join us. If you’re an individual, no donation is too small. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Maria at maria@fuel.org.
