Many lives were touched by the presence of the Lord.

We were amazed at the commitment of the congregation of Pastor Raul’s church. They do not have a completed church building. They have a cement slab with a tin roof but no walls yet up on the top of a mountain. Monday evening was a chilly night and it had been raining for several hours which meant traffic was horrible and it was a very unpleasant evening due to the weather. Pastor Raul had called his congregation together for a special Monday night meeting since Dan was in town. As we drove up to the open air church facility and made our way through the rain and mud, we were met with such an intense presence of the Lord. The place was packed, another church of about 400. They were singing and worshiping the Lord with all of their might. As Dan was preaching, the clouds were passing through creating a haze in the atmosphere. It reminded me of what it must be like when people see the “glory cloud.” It was definitely an experience we won’t forget. Dan prayed for many people afterwards who desired to have a passion again for the Lord and a passion for reaching those who have never heard the Good News of Jesus Christ. It was an amazing night!
