Many great things were accomplished during the time Dan was with our Fuel India pastor. You will hear more in the future about the things they planned for Fuel India and we will be giving you opportunities to get involved.

He encouraged the students to “bar the door” and NOT allow others in that would steal their dreams. He was able to give them hope through Jesus Christ.

Dan called around 10am this morning to say that he had made it safely to India (8pm India time). Late this evening (his morning), he sent me a text that I would like to share with you. “I slept at our pastor’s house last night slipped away down narrow ally ways in a very traditional old part of town. Take a close look at the photo, near the foot of the bed and guess what slept with me!?!? I was humbled last night as our pastor shared with me his testimony – born and raised in a very dedicated Hindu family and in 8th grade was drawn to an American preaching… liked what he heard. Continued to go to the Hindu temple each day and worship idols while at the same time sneaking off to go to Christian services to hear more about the Gospel. This continued on for 2 yrs till, in 10th grade gave his life wholly to Christ and was baptized. Once his family found out, his dad would beat him and tried to kill him! His dad was embarrassed and afraid of the disgrace that would come upon the family. Our pastor said he never felt so much peace and God delivered him and was there for him. He began to share his faith at school and a couple of his friends got saved and baptized – he said this was when the ministry began. All the Fuel team of 10 pastors are 29 yrs old or younger! They have all been ministering for about 10 yrs (they start young); they have been praying since 2002 for someone to help lead them that has their same heart and believe God led them to Fuel International – wow humbled to say the least, I started crying considering this. Although young I believe I might just be standing among giants in the faith! I miss you guys very much – this morning we head out to go to a public school to share – suicide is huge in India among young people as the pressure is so great to be successful and not to bring shame upon their family – the 2 common ways is to drink poison or to dump karosen on themselves and light a match! Fuel India has a 24 hr prayer line set up to pray for these ones who desire help. This afternoon we will start looking at all they are doing here and how to be more strategic and targeted.”

Please pray for Dan. He left the house in the dark this morning around 3:30 to drive to Tulsa to catch his first flight which was headed to Houston. From Houston, he will be taking the international flight to India. He should arrive in about 24 hours. Dan will be ministering with two wonderful pastors; one pastor Fuel has ministered with several times in the past in holding large conferences for pastor, and the other pastor is the one who has established Fuel International India. The Pastor of Fuel International India called this morning and said “He has waited 28 months for Dan to come to India. The day that I pick up Dan from the airport is going to be the greatest day of my life! ” Please pray for God to anoint Dan for this trip and that much will be accomplished in a short period of time.

Can you imagine losing everything in just minutes? Recently Dan’s brother Randy, his wife Kim, and their four boys heard a loud noise in the kitchen. Within moments the kitchen was on fire! Randy rushed upstairs and threw important documents out of the window, including their passports. Kim crawled through the house trying to save the laptop computer that the church had given to Randy has a gift but became disoriented and had to set it down. The miracle of it all was that not one of them was hurt. Because things are set up differently in Russia, there isn’t house insurance to cover any of the items that were burned in the fire and so not only do the Crosbys have to continue raising monthly support to do missionary work, now they need to raise additional thousands of dollars in order replace the items that were lost in the fire.

Randy and Kim left everything to be missionaries in Russia about 18 years ago. Randy is the pastor of a church in St. Petersburg. The church holds conferences for pastors all across Russia each fall to help train and equip them. They also have an outreach ministry called “Heart Cry” which feeds and clothes street children who have no place to stay or anyone to feed them.

We have asked Randy and Kim to send us a list of items that were destroyed in the fire so that our supporters can be a part of helping them see restoration and rebuild. By sending a donation, you are not only helping the Crosby family, but you are helping them touch and change lives all throughout Russia.

List of Needs
Randy’s computer 2500
Randy’s phone and mp3 500
Printer/scanner/copier 400
All Randy’s reference books and recordings ???
Randy’s office furniture, including interpreter workspace 1000
Office sound system 300
Shredder/office supplies 200
Photos/Pictures/Gifts/boys’ handiwork Priceless
Boys’ lost clothing and furniture 850
Boys’ lost phones and electronics 1200
Homeschool desks and materials, and curriculum 900

Kimberly’s clothing and books 500
Blankets/pillows/linens/towels 400

Full motor rebuild and other small repairs on our 85 Mercedes truck, which we need to get
supplies and stuff for the building project 2500

Tear roof off of burned house, and pack up and haul away debris and trash 800

For new house:
Complete the soil preparation for us to live there 1000
Panels to close and insulate the exterior of the house 11,000
(8000 materials and 3000 labor)
Materials to complete stairs, porch, and attic room floors (we will do the labor) 850
Moving containers onto the property 1000
Septic system 4000
Furnace and separate block room to house it (no possibility of further fires!) 5000
Entry doors and garage door 2500
Radiators and pipes for heating 2600
Run electric in house 1300
Run plumbing 1900
Toilet, sink, shower for one bathroom to get us started 800
Bathroom/Kitchen water heater 300
Kitchen cabinets, appliances (our fairly new fridge survived!!!) 3500
Fences and gate 1500
All interior fixtures, bathroom fixtures, flooring, doors, and a boatload of drywall and paint
Plus someone who knows how to hang the drywall ???

A car to get around in as we will be living away from the city 10,000

Also, right now we need about 3000 for visas for the boys and me next month.

This list is the basics we need right now to get us in and living there normally. It does not include anything like furniture or window coverings or finish carpentry or anything, but that will come later. Thanks for your help in all of this. This will all take a miracle, and I am looking forward to seeing it!!!

Love, Kimberly

If you would like to give a donation towards Randy and Kim Crosby, you can click the online donation button at the top of the page or send a check to Fuel International, PO Box 68, Jenks, OK 74037 and write a note stating you’d like the donation to go to help Randy and Kim Crosby rebuild in Russia.

We are continuing to partner with our local church here in Northwest Arkansas to collect funds to send containers with other needed supplies to Haiti. We praise God for the generosity of many people and organizations to help reach this nation with the love of Jesus. Thank you for your impromptu prayers and financial support. Together, we are making a difference!
Wednesday night we prayed over the antibiotics and other medical supplies that God would touch every person receiving the medications, not only physically but spiritually. With the help of Fed Ex and a couple other Christian organizations, the meds were driven to Florida and are getting ready to be flown to Haiti. Soon these medications will be helping babies, children, parents, and the elderly in Haiti. Thank you to everyone who has been praying and sending finances to help with the Haiti relief.
